Do you cover accidental damage of glasses?

No, unfortunately accidental damage is not covered by our guarantees. We recommend you to keep your glasses in the glasses case when you are not wearing them to protect the frames and lenses from any kind of damage.

How long does shipping take?

Can I order your glasses with prescription?

Unfortunately, our glasses don’t come with prescription.

Are you optometrists?

No, we are not optometrists. If you suspect any problems with your eyes, we recommend you to book a comprehensive eye examination with an optometrist.

How to care for my glasses?

  • Always use both hands when putting glasses on or taking them off by holding them from the temples on both sides.
  • When not using glasses, keep them in the glasses case.
  • Clean blue light lenses with a special glasses cleaning cloth and use special glasses lens spray or wet wipes.
  • Do not leave your glasses in direct sunlight.
  • Do not leave your glasses in high heat, for example your car as it can damage the special blue light coating.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind about your order, you can cancel it by sending us an email at hello@blxeyewear.com.au or filling out Contact Us form within 1 hour of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders after this time as they have entered the shipping process.
