Covid-19 Shipping Delay Notice

Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across Australia, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future.

Australia Post is responding to unprecedented parcel volumes and has suspended all service guarantees, including Express post. Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel's arrival date.

Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying & shipping process. However, due to these long and universal delays, we are not able to re-ship orders or flag them for investigation with the same expediency as we were able to prior to the delays associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your glasses will be prepared and dispatched within 2 business of purchase date. Once your glasses have been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Free Shipping for orders in Australia and New Zealand. (Transit time is 7-10 business days. For non-metro areas and New Zealand, please allow up to 10 business days.)

    *All orders include a tracking number which will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

    *Any taxes or duties imposed by individual countries outside of Australia is not included in the sale price.

    Taxes and Duties

    For international orders import duties and taxes may be imposed. BLX Eyewear is not responsible for any taxes or customs charges which may be charged when your parcel is delivered. 

    If any custom duties or taxes are required to be paid upon arrival of your parcel, you are responsible to pay the full amount.

    We cannot accept orders back for a refund if you choose not to pay the custom duties or taxes.

    We highly recommend to check your local government's website to find out if custom duties or taxes may apply.


    If you change your mind, you can return your glasses for a refund within 30 days of delivery. 

    Returns are subject to the following conditions:

    • You must return the glasses within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Glasses must be new and in a resalable condition.
    • You are responsible for paying for any shipping costs associated with your return.
    • Refund will be credited to the account the original payment was made.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@blxeyewear.com.au.

    Faulty Glasses

    If you receive faulty glasses, we will comply with our obligation under the Australian Consumer Law. Once you send us evidence that you received faulty glasses, we will pay the shipping cost to return the faulty item and refund your payment.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    Late or missing refunds 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Lost or damaged parcel

    All our orders are individually inspected before being dispatched. In the event of lost or damage package during transit, we are not liable but will do our best to resolve any issues, however we can make no guarantee. 

    BLX Eyewear is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages during transit.
